Meet Your Homegirls

Sandy Geldhof

ABR, CNE

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Sandy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in marketing and communications from the University of Detroit in 1992. Since 1993, she has worked in advertising and communications, as a senior copywriter and finally landed her corporate dream job working in sports and affinity marketing for General Motors with the nationally renowned Campbell-Ewald Advertising/CE Communications Group. Finding herself in Utah in 2000 working on GM’s Winter Olympic sponsorship commitment, she fell in love with Park City and determined to make Utah her home. Sandy integrated her corporate business background into the Park City community, serving as marketing director for the Kimball Art Center followed by four years as executive director for Historic Park City’s Main Street Business Alliance. She is most proud of a year-long project to completely reinvent the branding of Old Town’s business and tourism district.

In 2009 she received her real estate license and was awarded Keller Williams’ North American Rookie of the Year from 13,000 new agents in the US and Canada. In her 17-year real estate career she has amassed over $64 million in closed sales and has represented both buyers and sellers in the Park City, Kamas Valley, Heber Valley and Salt Lake City markets in the primary, secondary and investment property segments, as well as vacant land. She is an accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).

“Real Estate started as way for me to raise my family and have some flexibility in my schedule so I didn’t miss all my son’s milestones and could also be actively involved with his schools and extracurricular activities. 17 years later I still wake up every day loving helping clients pursuing their dreams of home and property ownership. Real Estate feeds my need for diversity in my day. Every client and every transaction are ripe with exciting challenges, and I love nothing more than customizing a strategy to ensure every client has their goals met and expectations exceeded. It has also been a great resource for me to grow my tribe-many of my very best friends are previous clients.”

Sandy also takes great pride staying active with her longstanding writing career and continues to contribute articles and features for local community publications as well as assisting several businesses with their web-based content.

Her mission to be one with the communities she represents is alive and well in her dedication to service. For nearly 20 years she has been an active community volunteer for several animal rescue nonprofits in Summit and Wasatch counties, as a foster, fundraiser and liaison for animal adoptions. She continues to participate with Nuzzles and Company (Summit County), Paws for Life and Mountain Mama Pyrs and Pups (Wasatch County).
