“Not sure how she does it”

Real estate transactions require insightful and timely communication. Not sure how she does it, but Sandy responds with blinding speed to texts and questions — a fact that has absolutely made the difference between Offer Accepted and No Deal for us. Time after time, her responsiveness shines through for the win. Sandy is an artist in the industry, which is to say they can imagine myriad paths forward in any particular deal. Recently we purchased a small farm near Kamas (our third purchase with Sandy’s assistance). This particular transaction hinged on Sandy’s suggestion that we pursue a Reverse 1031 Property Exchange to improve our position in negotiations (and turns out that made all the difference).
